Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdHunt (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated from Slovenia at adhunt.si, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AdHunt is a web-based platform where individual users (“Players”) watch short advertisements supplied by businesses (“Advertisers”), answer memory-based quiz questions about them, and earn virtual credits. Credits can be converted to EUR and paid out to a bank account through our payment partner, Stripe.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdHunt. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally able to enter into binding agreements. Withdrawing earnings additionally requires identity verification through Stripe (see Section 7), which Stripe may decline based on its own compliance policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may only maintain one Player account and one Company account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the credit system, referral program, or tournament prizes is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all credits and pending payouts.

5. Virtual Credits & Earnings

Credits earned on the Platform are a virtual in-game balance with no inherent value outside of AdHunt and no expiry while your account remains active. Credits cannot be sold, traded, or transferred between accounts. The conversion rate between credits and EUR is set by the Platform and is currently 100 credits = 1 EUR for withdrawals and 1 EUR = 100 credits for top-ups.

We reserve the right to adjust earning rates, streak bonuses, tournament structures, and the credit-to-EUR conversion rate at our discretion. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and, where appropriate, by email.

6. Processing Fees

A processing fee is added to every credit top-up and deducted from every cash-out. These fees cover card-processing and platform-payout costs charged to AdHunt by our payment partners. The fees in force are shown to you on the relevant screen before you confirm any transaction and may be updated from time to time.

7. Cash-Out & Identity Verification

Withdrawing earnings requires you to complete a one-time identity verification operated by Stripe Connect Express. Stripe collects your full name, date of birth, address, government ID document, and bank account details directly on its own secured pages. AdHunt does not see or store this data — we only receive a status flag indicating whether the verification has passed. Bank account information is held entirely by Stripe.

Once verified, you may request a cash-out from your wallet. Each request is reviewed by AdHunt and, once approved, executed as a Stripe Transfer to your connected bank account. Funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days after approval, depending on your bank. AdHunt is not responsible for delays caused by Stripe, your bank, or other third parties involved in the payout chain.

We reserve the right to delay or refuse a cash-out where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, breach of these Terms, or non-compliance with applicable law. If a Stripe Transfer is declined or reversed for any reason, the corresponding credits will be returned to your wallet.

8. Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, scripts, browser extensions, or automation tools to watch ads or answer questions
• Creating, controlling, or coordinating multiple Player accounts
• Manipulating the referral system through fake, dormant, or coordinated accounts
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior in the Platform
• Sharing account credentials with others or selling access to an account
• Submitting false identity information during Stripe verification
• Any other form of cheating, money-laundering, or fraudulent behavior

Violation may result in account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all accumulated credits, cancellation of any pending payouts, and (where applicable) notification of relevant authorities.

9. Tournaments

Tournament participation requires a credit entry fee disclosed before you enter. Prize pools are distributed automatically based on rank and attendance once a tournament concludes. We set the rules of each tournament and may modify, postpone, or void tournaments where this is reasonably necessary (for example, in cases of suspected cheating, technical failure, or insufficient attendance). Players disqualified for rule violations forfeit their entry fee and any prize claim.

10. Advertiser Terms

Companies using AdHunt to display advertisements agree to provide truthful, lawful, and non-misleading ad content. All ads are subject to manual review before going live. We reserve the right to reject, edit, pause, or remove any advertisement that violates our advertising guidelines or applicable law, with or without prior notice.

Ad-purchase payments are processed through Stripe. Once an ad campaign is paid for and approved, view-budget refunds are not available except where required by law or where AdHunt is unable to deliver the purchased impressions.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including design, code, logos, illustrations, and trademarks — is owned by AdHunt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without prior written consent. Advertiser content remains the property of the Advertiser; by uploading it, the Advertiser grants AdHunt a non-exclusive license to display it within the Platform for the duration of the campaign.

12. Limitation of Liability

AdHunt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the lower of (a) the amount of EUR actually paid out to you through the Platform in the preceding 12 months, or (b) EUR 500.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, any pending cash-outs will be processed where lawful; any remaining credit balance is forfeited if the termination is due to a Terms violation. Account deletion does not affect transaction records we are required to retain for tax and anti-money-laundering compliance.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Slovenia. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the Platform and, where appropriate, sent to your registered email at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
