1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdHunt (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AdHunt is a web-based platform where users watch short advertisements (video or image), answer memory-based quiz questions about them, and earn virtual coins that can be converted to EUR and withdrawn. The Platform also provides services to companies (“Advertisers”) who wish to display their advertisements.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AdHunt. By registering, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. The Platform reserves the right to request verification of age at any time.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each person may only maintain one account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the coin system or referral program is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent banning and forfeiture of all coins.

5. Virtual Coins & Earnings

Coins earned on the Platform are virtual currency with no inherent value outside of AdHunt. The conversion rate is set by the Platform and may be adjusted at any time. Currently, 100 coins = 1 EUR for cash-out and 1 EUR = 100 coins for top-up.

The Platform reserves the right to modify coin values, earning rates, streak bonuses, and tournament structures at its discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes.

6. Cash-Out Policy

Users may request to cash out their coin balance at the current conversion rate. All cash-out requests are subject to review and approval. The Platform reserves the right to deny cash-out requests if there is suspicion of fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Processing times may vary. The Platform is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

7. Fair Play Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to watch ads or answer questions
Creating multiple accounts
Manipulating the referral system through fake accounts
Exploiting bugs or glitches in the Platform
Sharing account credentials with others
Any form of cheating or fraudulent behavior

Violation of the fair play policy may result in account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all accumulated coins.

8. Tournaments

Tournament participation requires a coin entry fee. Prize pools are distributed based on performance and attendance. The Platform sets tournament rules and reserves the right to modify, cancel, or void tournaments at any time. Disqualification for rule violations results in forfeiture of entry fees.

9. Advertiser Terms

Companies using AdHunt to display advertisements agree to provide truthful, non-misleading ad content. All ads are subject to review and approval. The Platform reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our advertising guidelines.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including design, code, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AdHunt or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

AdHunt is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of EUR actually paid to you through the Platform in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, any remaining coin balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a Terms violation.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or Platform notification.
